With our fun new little gizmo, we are probably going to…well, I am probably going to…make a bunch of home movies. I think that I am going to make a page for them!
This one started off as an experiment to see if I could catch Luke doing his looking-out-the-back-window thing. Which is really cute. He’s adorable all the time, but I imagine that being behind our car, watching him looking at you would be pretty devastatingly cute. I wasn’t sure I had the right angle, so I moved the camera back up to the front. I did have it right the first time, though. I’ll try it with the camera in the back of the car again soon!
So here we have it, my second attempt at a home movie. These are fun to do!
Good morning everyone! We are starting to pick up some steam on the Oodles of Doodles page…soon the title will actually reflect the contents of the page!
We’d like to welcome Vince from York, UK. He’s adorable and we are so glad to have him.

We’d love more pictures of your adorable dogs, so don’t be shy. Upload more, even if you’ve uploaded before! (Hey, that rhymes…so I’m going to leave it at that!)
It’s always fun to go to the Dog Beach. Not just because we get to run around in the sand and throw the frisbee. It’s also a great opportunity to spend time with other folks who are as nutty about their dogs as we are about our Doodles. A generally nice collection of people who are friendly, they love to stop, chat about the dogs and otherwise shoot the breeze.
We met some nice folks with these adorable little Dachshunds. One of them is a Soft Coated Wire Dachshund named Scrapple who is almost exactly the same age as Luke—born just one week apart Luke just could not get enough of playing with this little character. The pictures make Luke look like a giant bully, but that tiny little Scrapple was really holding his own!
I got a bunch of pictures of the two of them. Again, I swear, Luke was not torturing this little guy. Scrapple (the scrappy!) kept coming back for more. Continue reading →
[singlepic id=673 w=250 h=250 float=left]It’s hard to believe it’s almost the end of the year…again! We might be doing a lot of things for the last time in this year, but we can still find time for some new things, too!
The Doodles have never seen snow…not until we went hiking today! As with most of the things we do with the Doodles, this was fun! Well, Doodles are fun, so what would we expect? Doodles in snow: also fun! Continue reading →
